Morninghan Intelligent passed the on-site audit of GB/T 19001-2016 quality management system certification organized by the China New Era Certification Center in December 2018, with the civil product system certificate registration number 20218Q10305R0S. The first supervision review of TS16949 was completed in July 2019, and the certification certificate of IATF16949:2016 was obtained in August, marking a further step in the management of Morninghan Intelligent Speedometer Production System.
What is IATF16949?
The IATF (International Automotive Task Force) is a specialized organization established in 1996 by major automobile manufacturers and associations around the world. On the basis of combining with the ISO9001:2000 standard and with the recognition of ISO/TC176, the ISO/TS16949:2002 standard has been developed. In 2009, it was updated to ISO/TS16949:2009. The latest standard currently being implemented is IATF16949:2016.
IATF16949:2016 is a technical specification for the international automotive industry, with clear specificity and applicability: this specification only applies to automotive manufacturers and their direct component manufacturers. These manufacturers must be directly related to the production of automobiles, able to carry out processing and manufacturing activities, and enable products to add value through such activities. This standard places special emphasis on the manufacturer's finished products and the quality system capability to achieve this finished product. It believes that this is the foundation of the entire manufacturing process activity. Another characteristic is that it places special emphasis on the effectiveness of an organization's quality management system.
